Practicing Pilates during pregnancy has many long term benefits for you and your baby. During a Pregnancy session, exercises will be modified to fit your changing body. These focused sessions will help prepare you for labor and motherhood and help you feel your best as you grow your family.

Christmas has enjoyed helping pregnant women for years as a Pilates instructor and pregnancy corrective exercise specialist, she has also experienced first hand the many benefits of practicing Pilates during pregnancy as a Mom of three herself.

Postpartum Pilates

Pilates assists in the postural demands of motherhood. Finding your center and learning how to confidently move and carry your body and baby is the focus of postnatal work. You are  welcome to bring your baby along for postnatal sessions if you would like.

Christmas has additional training to assist women with diastastis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction. She is a certified pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist. The awareness cultivated in a focused Pilates session will help restore function and strength to your foundational systems.

Online course for postpartum women. Mom and baby exercise at home.

Move With Intention, Mama is an online course created for postpartum women. In this course you will learn how to build strength and healthy movement habits to feel energized and connect to your amazing life giving body.

12 weeks of guided progressive movement sessions, in addition to weekly community check ins on zoom.

This course will take you from feeling tired, weak and overwhelmed about where to begin, to skillful in your movement and confident about what you body can do.


The Postpartum connection guide is a Free video series that will help you get started in connecting with your postpartum body. These easy to follow activities will help you feel better in your body and set you up for moving into more active exercises when you are ready.
